You decide on the flavor and types of teas you like. I cannot guide you with that. I prefer Black tea the most, followed by White, then Green. I find Green is just the most bitter, and Black tea goes down the smoothest. I also drink coffee every morning so the caffeine doesn't bother me. Black tea contains the most caffeine so I like that too.I love this tea brand. I originally discovered it about 3 years ago also on Amazon.com. I buy fair trade and organic coffee, but I always just purchased store brand teas. And I said to my self, 'well why can't i find a fair trade and/or organic tea as well'?So the search was started. It ended at Amazon.com (also where it began) and with this brand of tea. I had never heard of it before. After doing research this was the brand for me. The tea is manufactured with renewable energy and the teas are fair trade and organic which makes a better tea. Also, the tea bags do not contain any staples. I never noticed any metal flavor from any tea bag that had a staple, but their design is nice and more practical. They tie the string in a unique way to close off the tea bag which I am just fascinated by. I have never seen anything like it. The bags are not brown and unbleached, but they are not bleached bright white like most main stream manufacturers.I don't know what to say about Chamomile. I just love it so much. There are no other ingredients in this tea. No Mint or anything. While those are nice, I like to relax with this pure Chamomile only tea. I have been drinking Chamomile tea since I was a teenager. It was the first tea I ever tried because my Mother didn't want me to have caffeine and it was night time. Since then I was hooked. And I have finally found a premium brand of the tea. Chamomile is just so smooth and good on your stomach. While I used to think it would put me to sleep, that is not the case. However, it certainly can just calm you and relax you. It is also a pleasure to smell as you are steeping the bag. You have to steep it longer than leaf tea. It creates a really nice strong flavor. Whereas if you brew leaf tea too long, it gets bitter.
