In the summer time I like to make Sun Tea. I'm pleased with it.Easy to order, it’s a normal product so not much to comment.Individually wrapped, with great fresh tea flavor.I like it very muchI drink this twice per day without sugar! It keeps my cycle regular, I actually ovulated with noticeable symptoms. I have hormone issues and sometimes my period would be delayed because Progesterone don’t drop enough to trigger my period! Anyways I was a week and a half late and as soon as I drank this my period started the next day! And it was not painful at all! No cramps.
