Prepare to make homemade pasta that any Italian grandmother would be proud of. All you need is our Italian Chitarra Pasta Cutter - the pasta-making essential found in every Abruzzo kitchen.
Made of natural wood and strung like a guitar, the Chitarra (pronounced key-tahr-rah) was invented in the 1800s from Chieti, Italy to make long strings of pasta the old-fashioned way.
