I used this product to help with constipation or just when I feel like I need to detox. Works great! It can be unpredictable though - depending on what time you take it, it can work its magic within a couple of hours all the way to 8, it varies. DRINK plenty of water and stay close to a bathroom when you first try it - never know how your body will react to it -The tea tastes great and you will feel so much better!This product helps with my occasional constipation. It also has a great flavor unlike other detox teas. Liked everything about it.Okay, I’m not much of a tea drinker but add a little bit of sweetener like agave and it’s pretty good! Even without it, it’s pretty flavorful and definitely tastes like pineapple. The first few days I used this, I only steeped one bag and I did not have any effects. The fourth day, I decided to start using two bags, and they definitely gave me a reaction to say the least. I would drink the tea anytime after 9pm and would start getting the cramps in the early morning. The earliest I had the cramps was 5am! You should definitely be aware that once those cramps start, you’re going to be back and forth on the toilet in a noticeable (yet manageable) amount of pain pooping your guts out for at least 3-4 hours, so be prepared to stay up and close to the restroom. It’s definitely worthwhile and I’ve noticed drinking the tea 3-4 nights on and then a few nights off has me feeling great and less bloated. Also, I did drop a pound or two each time I did this process, but it was easily gained back on my off days, so it’s not permanent solution when it comes to weight loss. It’s definitely worth it for the cleanse, though! Also, it’s helped me become regular which I haven’t been in a long time.
