At my age, I don't really expect a "flat belly" anymore. What I do expect, however, is that I won't look pregnant at the end of the four weeks, granted I've only been on it a short while. I liked the packaging, the pamphlet with instructions, and am now into my second gallon. The suggested water for my weight is way beyond my normal capacity, so I am following the suggested 2-3 8oz per day of tea. Kicking myself for picking pineapple flavor--started with one packet and it's too sweet for me. No way could I do the suggested 3 sticks of flavor. I can drink each gallon within 4 days and I have three gallons of tea remaining which will almost cover the noted four weeks. Of course it is suggested to avoid carbs, fried food, starch, and sweets during this time. Were that could be so! Still, I'm giving this a valiant try, sticking to the regime as closely as possible, and will report back in four weeks. Current measurement around tummy, 45".
